Green bathing for restoration

Soothing greenery and the silence of nature: you can relax deeply during Alpine forest bathing in our deciduous, spruce and Swiss stone pine forests.

You look up, between oval beech leaves, gentle rays of sun fall on the soft forest floor beneath your feet and they make it glow. Then you smell the earthy scent fragrance of the spruces and stone pines around you. Surrounded by greenery, you come to rest and take a deep breath. The benefits of the forest are scientifically proven. People who regularly and consciously spend time in the forest reduce their stress levels, sleep better and have lower blood pressure. Often a short walk or run through the woods is enough to feel more relaxed and energised. When you spend time in nature in a consciously and attentively, you also boost your spiritual health. Our sparse deciduous forests as well as the high-altitude Swiss stone pine and dense spruce forests are ideal places for your Alpine forest bath. Experienced experts, for example from "Yoga im Tol" in the Passeiertal valley or the Vitalpina Hotels Südtirol group, will introduce you to forest bathing.
